To do this, my goal is to get you results AND change your habits and way of thinking. If the question is “How can I learn to know what to eat and what to do in order to have the body I want?” The answer is the 34-Day Fat Destroyer Program!

The 34-Day Fat Destroyer Program is not a diet! This program is about taking the time to look at yourself, your mindset, what you eat, and what you are doing that allows you to look the way you do – good or bad. Physically, it is about changing your body composition, shedding layers of fat while building more lean muscle, causing you to lose weight and inches. Mentally, it is about learning what it takes to create your meals, make good decisions during the day with what you eat, and learn what it takes to burn the fat you already have.

Most diets restrict your calories so much that your metabolism gets beat up and slows way down. When your calories drop too low your body wants to conserve what it has. Your fat-burning hormones respond by putting on the breaks while your fat storing and appetite stimulating hormones increase. Goodbye fat burning machine…hello fat storing machine. The weight that is lost with this type of dieting is mostly water and muscle. Unfortunately, once you are off the diet, your calories typically increase but your metabolism is still in slow motion…hello body fat. So, in effect, you are worse off than you were when you started! I have found a way to trick the body so that your metabolism is revved up all the time. The nutritional portion of this program was carefully and strategically designed to put your body into the optimal position to burn fat and build muscle. All you need to do is follow your individualized plan and you will see results. It’s as simple as that.

In addition to the nutritional program, resistance and cardio training are critical to the success you have. Weight training, Cardio and High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) are strategically planned in conjunction with the nutrition program to put your body in the best position to burn the most fat and gain lean muscle mass. One of the most powerful strategies I use is to create an “after-burn effect,” your body’s ability to burn fat for up to 36 hours after working out.

Our goal is show you that living a healthy lifestyle is doable without starving yourself, eating boring, bland food and overtraining (or undertraining) yourself. Again, this is not a diet; it is a means of transitioning yourself to a healthy happy way of living. You will learn good habits that will make this the last program you will ever need.
