1 Hour Per Week
We are so good at scheduling everything in our lives; kids activities, work, social events, etc. However, when was the last time you scheduled time to prepare your healthy food for the week? I think I am pretty safe to say the answer is Never! We get into trouble and make poor choices when we are not prepared. The quickest and easiest foods to grab are usually filled with fat, salt and sugar.
All it takes is 1 hour per week. Make this a weekly event with your family. Get your children involved and start teaching them a simple habit that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
